Shipping and delivery policy

Blueprint Hardware is an online service. Nothing is shipped for plans or reviews; physical goods are shipped only for manufacturing orders.
01Plans
Access starts as soon as your payment is confirmed, usually within a minute. Designs are generated online, typically in 30 to 90 seconds each, and stay in your account to view and download.
02Engineer reviews
- Quick check: within 48 hours of payment, delivered as written notes on your project page with an email when it's ready.
- Full design review: within 3 working days of payment, delivered as written notes on your project page with an email when it's ready.
03Manufacturing quotes
Quotes usually arrive within 3 to 5 working days of paying the sourcing fee and are posted on your project's Manufacturing page.
04Manufactured products
Shipping method, delivery address, delivery time and costs are set out in the order confirmation for each order. Orders are shipped within India unless agreed otherwise.
05Problems
If something hasn't arrived when it should, email hello@blueprinthardware.com and we'll sort it out.
