01The service

Blueprint Hardware uses AI to turn a description of a device into a hardware design: wiring, parts list, 3D model, enclosure, build guide and code. We also offer reviews by independent qualified engineers and introductions to independent manufacturers.

02Your account

• You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission, and give accurate details.
• You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else is using it.
• One account is for one person. Studio plans are for one organisation.

03Plans, billing and renewal

Designing requires a paid plan: Pro at ₹2,999 a month or ₹29,990 a year, and Studio at ₹9,999 a month or ₹99,990 a year. Prices exclude GST, which is added where applicable.

Plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period using the payment method you authorised through our payment partner, Razorpay, until you cancel. You can cancel any time from the Billing page; your plan then keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for and does not renew.

Each plan includes a monthly number of designs. Unused designs do not carry over. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email; the new price applies from your next renewal after that notice.

04Engineer reviews

Reviews are priced per project (Quick check ₹2,999, Full design review ₹9,999) and start once payment clears. Engineers are independent professionals vetted by us. A review reduces risk but is not a certification; the Engineer verified badge applies only to the version that was reviewed.

05Manufacturing

Requesting quotes costs a sourcing fee of ₹4,999, which is credited against your order if you place one. When you accept a quote, an order management fee of 5% of the order value applies.

Manufacturers are independent businesses. Quotes are estimates until an order is confirmed in writing; prices, lead times, quality standards, delivery and warranties for each order are set out in that order confirmation.

06Refunds

Refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund and cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms.

07Your content and designs

You own the descriptions you write and the designs generated for you. You may build, modify and sell products based on them. You give us permission to store and process your content to provide the service, and, for projects you choose to share publicly, to display them in Community.

Projects you make public can be viewed, starred and copied by other users. Make a project private at any time to stop new copies.

08Safety and acceptable use

• Review every design before building it, and follow local electrical and safety rules. Designs are low-voltage DC; anything connected to mains power must be wired or checked by a qualified electrician.
• Do not use the service to design weapons, surveillance devices used unlawfully, or anything intended to harm people, animals or property, or that breaks the law.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or resell access to it.

09Disclaimers

AI-generated designs can contain mistakes. Automated checks and engineer reviews reduce, but do not remove, that risk. Except where the law says otherwise, the service is provided as is, without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose.

10Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. You may close your account at any time from the Account page; paid periods already started are handled under the refund policy.

12Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.
